With a diverse career spanning 13 years in the oil, gas, and refrigeration sectors, Greg Kraemer brings a depth of experience that is both wide-ranging and specialized. Greg has dedicated 24 years to mastering the art of customer service, an invaluable skillset he seamlessly integrates into our operations today. Joining the family company as the Operations Manager, Greg infuses his multifaceted knowledge into every aspect of our operational framework, ensuring a harmonious blend of industry knowledge and client-focused excellence.
Mike Baartman's journey with Enns Industrial Refrigeration is both foundational and pivotal. As one of the original mechanics when Enns was established in 1999, Mike honed his craft and deepened his expertise, later rising to prominence as the head service mechanic at Mycom Canada. However, his dedication to Enns' vision brought him full circle, leading him back to where it all began. Today, as our Service Manager, Mike leverages his wealth of experience to oversee and elevate our service department, ensuring unparalleled excellence in every endeavour.
Brendan Duncan is more than just a technician; he's the embodiment of technical proficiency, genuine rapport-building, and the cherished values of our family. As our Lead Technician, Brendan brings dual expertise as a refrigeration mechanic and a millwright, allowing him to navigate the most complex challenges with ease.
